The 531X302DCIABG4 is a DC2000 Power supply replacement board. This is one of several power supply replacement boards available in AX Control’s stock; please be sure to order the correct card for your application. DC2000 boards were originally manufactured and distributed by General Electric but are no longer available through the OEM.
The 531X302DCIABG4 is used to provide control level power supplies, ac line and dc motor signals, most motor field circuitry, and SCR gate pulse generator driver circuitry. This board uses external field power and does not have a fuse included.
The 531X302DCIABG4 is built with berg type or manually movable jumper switches. These can be moved by the end-user to manually configure the board. The card also has onboard test points that can be used for making adjustments or for troubleshooting applications. The card also has several vertical pin connectors, metal oxide varistors, capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits.
When replacing the board, be sure to turn off the power and wait several minutes for all power to discharge from onboard capacitors before touching the unit. When the cabinet door is first opened, the DCC board will be mounted in front of the DCI board and will need to be removed. Be sure to disconnect and remove all cables and wires carefully, and to note the position of jumpers and switches so as to configure the replacement board the same way.
