About the 531X301DCCAPG1

The 531X301DCCAPG1 is a board component used within GE general purpose drives as a drive control card.   Drive control boards are designed to control a number of different processes throughout the drive system.  This card is a FANUC product that was designed to be highly reliable while offering lower production costs.

The 531X301DCCAPG1 is one of several DCCA boards available for associated systems.  It is important that you order the correct board that corresponds to your needs to ensure compatibility.

The 531X301DCCAPG1 includes fourteen berg-type jumpers on its surface.  These jumpers are moveable hardware that can change how certain circuits are mapped or enabled.  Jumpers on the board are responsible for EEPROM parameters, DLAN drivers and circuits, VCO circuitry, and feedback values.   The board also has several vertical pin connectors that are designed for cabling to various inputs and outputs.  These connectors may go to auxiliary boards, terminal boards, LAN terminal boards, a meter driver module, or a signal interface daughterboard.

Other board components on the 531X301DCCAPG1 include various resistor network arrays, standoffs, resistors, diodes, and capacitors.  Most items are marked with references.  The board is also marked with the GE logo and with an alternate F31X id number.

GE circuit boards should be considered static-sensitive.  We will ship this product in an anti-static wrap or bag.  We suggest using a grounding strap during replacement procedures or during any sort of maintenance.

For more information about board replacement or maintenance, please refer to documentation from General Electric.  This includes original manuals and user guides that reference this board.
