The 531X301DCCAM1 is a GE FANUC board component designed as a replacement part for GE general purpose drive systems. GE FANUC parts were manufactured in a coordinated effort between GE and Fuji to create parts with higher reliability and a lower overall manufacturing cost.
The 531X301DCCAM1 functions within a general-purpose drive system as a drive control board. This particular board is only one version of a DCCA. It should be noted there are many versions available, each with minor differences to each other that may make them incompatible with your system. Please be sure to order a duplicate version of the part you need to replace to ensure compatibility.
The 531X301DCCAM1 has a component-dense surface that has been drilled in each corner and along each board edge to allow for mounting options. It also has several standoffs premounted to its surface. These allow the installation of auxiliary boards if they are needed.
The 531X301DCCAM1 has over eighty integrated circuits. Most circuits are marked with a code on their top surface to allow the user to identify their use. These circuits are used as FPGAs, decoder/drivers, operational amplifiers, and inverters. Most circuits are analog. Other components include resistor network arrays and resistors, vertical pin connectors, capacitors made from ceramic and polyester vinyl, and diodes. The board is marked with the GE logo and with an alternate F31X id number.
