Manufactured by General Electric and Fuji, the 531X301DCCAKM1 is a GE FANUC component made as a replacement part for several of the company’s general-purpose drive systems.  This includes the DC 300 system.  Many of these systems are used in industrial settings for a number of purposes. 

The 531X301DCCAKM1 is used within general-purpose systems as a drive control board.  You should be aware there are many different versions of the DCCA board available.  Make sure you are ordering an exact replica of your current board to ensure that it is compatible with your system.  

The 531X301DCCAKM1 uses a number of different kinds of integrated circuits.  There are over eighty different ICs on the board, some that function as high-performance operational amplifiers, others as analog decoder drivers, and others that work as analog inverters.  The board also has a field-programmable gate array to contain programmable logic blocks. 

The 531X301DCCAKM1 can be fitted with additional auxiliary boards that will add to the board’s capabilities.  These boards mount to the surface of the main board using pre-installed standoffs and screw mounts and communicate with the board through one of the vertical pin connectors on its surface. 

Other components on the 531X301DCCAKM1 include LED indicators, a reset switch, jumpers, and resistor network arrays.  The board also has a variety of diodes, resistors, and capacitors on its surface.  All components are marked with reference designators.
