Product Description

The 531X300CCHATM3 is a printed circuit board made by the General Electric company to function within several general purpose drive systems designed for industrial use.  Among these is the DC-300 drive system. The 531X300CCHATM3 has an alternate board number of F31X300CCHAFG1.

The 531X300CCHATM3 functions with these various systems as a Control Card.  The board is drilled eight times, once in each corner and once along each edge.   It is etched with its use (Control Card) and identification numbers, as well as with codes VA-4, FR00/0, 002/0, 005/0, 003/0 and 004/0.   Components are marked with reference designators for easy identification.

The 531X300CCHATM3 is built with six LED indicators.  These light emitting diodes are red in color and are numbered in sequence (1/2/4/8/16/32.)  There are eight major connectors on the board, including two header connectors and six vertical pin (male) cable connectors.   The board also makes use of several terminal pins.

The 531X300CCHATM3 board has surface wiring in several locations.  It uses primarily metal film resistors and ceramic capacitors, although some capacitors are made from polyester vinyl or an electrolytic material.  

The 531X300CCHATM3 has a push button switch located in the bottom left quadrant.  The board has eight potentiometers, twenty-four resistor network arrays, eleven transistors, over a dozen jumper switches, and multiple integrated circuits.  The board has eight standoffs to allow for the addition of two auxiliary boards.
