Product Description

The 531X133PRUAPG1 is a Process Interface Board component manufactured by GE.  This board is designed for use in general purpose drives manufactured by General Electric.  It is factory drilled in each corner to allow for mounting and is marked on its front or back surface with codes like C-ESS, 006/03, 002/03, and F31X133PRUAPG1.

The 531X133PRUAPG1 is built with 100 resistors.  These are primarily metal film resistors. The board also has seven potentiometers and five resistor network arrays.  Potentiometers are labeled with their reference designator and also with their use (examples include TACH SCL, STP SCL, SFB ZERO, and PF OFF.)   The board uses capacitors of various materials. Most capacitors are made of ceramic, but there are several polyester vinyl capacitors on the board surface, and one made from an aluminum electrolytic medium.

The 531X133PRUAPG1 is populated by nine integrated circuits.  These function as high-performance analog operational amplifiers, high-performance analog line drivers, high-performance analog line receivers, and XOR gates.  Integrated circuits are typically marked with their manufacturer part number to allow for simple replacement of a failing part.

Other components located on the surface of the 531X133PRUAPG1 include a 16-pin header connector, two vertical pin cable connectors, and a 3-screw terminal strip.  This component is marked (TACH +) and (TACH -) on the board to the left and right of its attachment points.
