About the 531X121PCRAGG1

The GE Power Connection Board 531X121PCRAGG1 is a renewal part for multiple original equipment power connection boards. The 531X121PCRAGG1 board serves as a replacement for multiple power connection boards that all have different specification for the DC armature voltage range. The board uses two jumpers that you must set to configure the board for use with your specific power connection board. There are 7 pins on the board and two jumpers. You can install the jumpers on various combinations to attain different armature voltage ranges. The 531X121PCRAGG1 board comes with the information you need to locate your defective board and to set the jumpers to provide the right voltages. To install your 531X121PCRAGG1 Power Connection Board:

  1. Open the carton that contains the board and you’ll find the board in a protective plastic bag
  2. Always lift the board from the edges
  3. Never put pressure on the top of the board to protect the components from being bent, broken off, or otherwise damaged
  4. The protective bag must remain in place until you are ready to install the board
  5. Wear a grounding strap when you touch the board to prevent the buildup of static
  6. The strap must be connected to a bare metal surface to drain the static
