The 531X111PSHAJG2 card is a motor field control and power supply board originally manufactured by General Electric. The part is a member of the 531X family, making it a replacement drive board that can be installed in drives across the GE brand. Voltages required for drive operation are provided by installing this card in the drive cabinet. This card was designed as a G2 version of the card, allowing for installation in external exciters.
Sourced outputs rated at 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC are all produced by the 531X111PSHAJG2 power supply board. The card can also provide an output via the integrated pulse transformer that can energize the drive’s motor field control circuitry. Features of the board allow for users to easily configure settings for specific operating standards. Onboard, the card includes three potentiometers and five jumpers. Calibrations and adjustments regarding board feedback and current signals can be performed with these. The card also features seven relay positions used for execution of the drive’s system control options.
