The 531X111PSHAJG1 board was designed by General Electric as a 531X replacement drive board. When installed in a host drive the card functions as a motor field control and power supply board. Cards like this can be installed in a number of drive cabinets across the GE brand. Required power supplies for the host are provided by this board. The board is built as a G1 version, with the MOVs for the AC line mounted onboard rather than externally.
Voltages rated at 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC are all provided by the 531X111PSHAJG1 power supply board. It also features the energy required to energize the drive’s motor field control circuits. This source is supplied to the drive by an integrated pulse transformer. A number of calibrations and adjustments are available for users to accommodate a range of job loads. System control options can be executed by the board’s three relays. Three potentiometers are also included to perform necessary calibrations to the current and circuit feedbacks. Five jumpers complete the board and provide users access to adjust and fix onboard feedback and current signals.
Items shipped from AX Control are standard wrapped in a static reducing plastic covering. Users must thoroughly review all installation parameters outlined by the manufacturer before removing the 531X111PSHAJG1 board.
