About the 531X111PSHAEH1
The 531X111PSHAEH1 board provides motor field control and power supply options to its installed host drive. When originally manufactured, the card was developed by General Electric for the 531X replacement drive board series. A number of older model and obsolete GE drive systems have the proper equipment to accept this card. When installed the card provides its host drive with the power supplies needed by the drive for proper function.
531X111PSHAEH1 Installation or Hardware
Installing the board provides the host drive with the power supplies necessary for proper device function. Drives are also provided with the power needed to excite the motor field control circuits. This source is available using the drive’s integrated pulse transformer. Other features found on the board allow users to configure outputs based on system requirements. To execute system control options, users can utilize the three relays found on board. The board is completed with:
- three potentiometers
- five jumpers
Adjustments to the feedback and current signals are performed by the jumpers while calibrating the current and circuit feedbacks is performed by the potentiometers. Before handling the board be sure to review all manufacturer provided installation parameters. When the device is shipped from our office, a metal lubricant and an attachable static reducing wrist band are included with the board. Only permit qualified personnel to remove the board from the static shield bag. Refer to the corresponding device manual and datasheet for a complete guide to wiring and installing the 531X111PSHAEH1 power supply board. As a member of the 531X series, this card was provided with technical support by General Electric.
