ProAct and ProAct Actuator and Driver model 8235-365 operates with a P-Series II actuator. This is the first of the P-Series models in this series. While the 8235-365 model is a P-Series model it is still mechanically the same as the PISC ITB models. There is a P-Series manual labeled as 26578 that can be used with the 8235-365 model but it is difficult to find at this time.
Similar to many of the models within this series the 8235-365 model has a nominal piping size of 105. While one would believe that models with a Cv of 105 mm would be greater than a Cv of 95 mm it is quite the opposite, Cv’s with 85 or 95 mm have newer valve configurations than those with a Cv of 105 mm. If during the operation of the 8235-365 model and the attached governor errors occur there are several troubleshooting steps you can take. Be advised that if you attempt to correct any load problems or the engine with untimely governor adjustment it is possible that more problems can be added when improper operations are involved.
The ProAct/ProAct Plus Actuator and Driver model 8235-365 is no longer widely available on the market but here at AX Control, we can do our best to help find the model for you.
