Woodward MicroNet Digital Controller 5466-1050 is a MicroNet Simplex 48/24 HDDIO Smart-Plus unit. This unit has circuitry that can be used for twenty-four discrete outputs and forty-eight discrete inputs. This model requires no calibration and has no potentiometers on the faceplate. If the unit needs to be replaced it can just be replaced with the same part number and does not require any adjustment. To install the unit the module will slide into the card guide in the chassis and proceed to plug into the motherboard. This module has the ability to be configured in two different ways. One of them is to connect one 24 VDC FTM through two High-Density Analog/Discrete cables. 

The 5466-1050 model has the ability to have the circuit wetting voltages be sourced by two different power sources which are an external VDC source of 18-32 or an external VDC source of 100-150. Please note that no matter what each 48/24 DIO module can only accommodate one input voltage range depending on the standards the range will be 125 VDC for UL only or 24 VDC for LVD and UL. All of the contact inputs on the module accept dry contacts. 

Model 5466-1050 can be customized to match the customer's requirements, and the I/O can be configured in simplex, duplex, or triplex, this specific model will be in a simplex I/O model. Due to this, the model can be replaced while hot without removing power from the control. There is also the ability to repair the 5466-1050 unit while the controller is online.
