Product Description

EasyGen-1600

The EasyGen-1600 is a controller component manufactured by Woodward, Inc as part of the easYgen-1000 series.  This series was designed by Woodward for single genset used in prime or standby power applications. Controllers like the EasyGen-1600 include goal-directed algorithms and logic sets for control, start, stop, and protection of the genset.  

The EasyGen-1600 has a monochrome LCD liquid crystal display measuring 132 by 64 mm.   It offers remote operating control via interfaces and discrete inputs. The module has two 16A relay outputs for cranking and fuel solenoid.  It offers event/data logging capabilities through its real-time clock (up to 50 events.) This also allows maintenance scheduling through multipurpose flexible timers, along with maintenance counters and monitoring, operating hours, and start counters.  The module has multilingual capability that can be selected on site. Configuration through the front panel is done with password protected commands. Remote configuration via PC through a USB connection is also possible.

The EasyGen-1600 is built with 1 E-stop discrete input. It has five configurable discrete inputs.  The module has three analog inputs and configurable relay outputs. Other available connections include a speed input, J1939 for engine ECU, a USB service port, and an RS485 port.  The board is CE marked.
