Control model 8440-3005 is from the easYgen-1000 series which is manufactured by Woodward inc. This model is available from AX Control inc’s refurbished secondhand inventory or from our new surplus inventory. There are many different settings used within the analog input of your control and there are two different levels, level one and level two, when it comes to delay level one on your control it should be in the range of 3.00 s, delay level two of your control should be 1.00 s.
There are a number of ways to define analog input tables of your control, you are able to choose every point on the X-axis and Y-axis of the table. When doing so the values will have resistances, as well as 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA currents. If the x-value on your analog input is 30 and the y-value is -1000 the resistance should read 150 Ohm, the 0-20 mA current will read 6 mA and the current of 4-20 mA should read 8.8 mA.
When you are operating your control note that when the control enters critical mode and enters emergency power the emergency power operation of the control takes precedence over critical mode. The emergency power operation will continue if the critical mode ends before the mains recovery operation and the shutdown alarms will resume.
