Originally part of the SY/MAX 8030 Class product family, the 8030-PS-70 module is a 120 Input/Output Capacity Unit with 24VDC Input Power Supply. Initially, the 8030-PS-70 module was designed and manufactured by Square D. Square D no longer has the 8030-PS-70 module in stock, but AX Control has this module in refurbished condition and may also have new, never touched versions of these modules in stock available for fast, convenient purchase.

The 8030-PS-70 module is a large, rectangular black housing with many holes throughout the module’s sides. On the front of the 8030-PS-70 module, there are a few lines of text which read, “POWER SUPPLY 24 VDC 80 WATTS.” At the very center of the 8030-PS-70 module, there is a small, rectangular yellow piece with two thick red wires attached to it. Next to that, there is a black-colored diamond shape painted on the module. In the center of the black diamond shape, there is a piece of white text that reads, “GROUND.” Above this, there is a plus sign and below it there is a minus sign. Below the black diamond shape, there is an indicator light with white text above it which reads, “BATTERY LOW.” Slightly below and to the left of the indicator light is a large label attached by the manufacturer with the 8030-PS-70’s information printed onto it. At the very bottom of the front of the 8030-PS-70 module, there is white text that reads “CAUTION: REMOVE PLUG BEFORE REMOVING BATTERY TRAY.”

Without including any of AX Control’s packaging in the total, the 8030-PS-70 module weighs about 8.18 lbs. or 3.71 kg.
