The internal software allows the user to expand on this ability using a transformation of the alarm’s information into English.
The 8020-SCP-631 processor unit is one of many in a long line of processor units. On the unit’s faceplate, you will find eight LED status indicator lights lined up vertically down the front. Below those eight indicator lights, there is a small battery door. This battery door houses the internal backup lithium battery. For replacement purposes, the battery door can be opened and secured using a small screwdriver. Below this battery door, you will find a small keyswitch. Upon inserting the appropriate key into this keyswitch, you will be able to turn it to one of four positions to activate the labeled process. These positions are labeled as: “RUN/PROGRAM,” “RUN,” “HALT,” and “DISABLE OUTPUTS.” Below that, there are two female connection ports: one that is labeled as “PRGMR CNL 1” and another that is labeled as “COMM CHNL 1.”
