Product Description

The UVZC3407G is a 3-Phase General Purpose Reliance Electric Inverter Unit. This unit was created for the VZ3000G series and it may have been also sold by ABB and Baldor Reliance. This series has been discontinued but AX Control still tries to keep the UVZC3407G in stock.

The UVZC3407G is 7.5 kW, has a class 400 V power supply, and is unitized. It has a 380/400/440/460 VAC, and 50/60 Hz input with a 460-715 VDC output. This unit comes with terminals that have the ability to connect regenerative resistors to the circuit block. It has IGBT sinusoidal PWM type full digital vector control. This unit is protected by a chassis-type enclosure and is 9.5 kg.

The UVZC3407G has a front cover that protects the two sets of terminals under it. There are the Main Circuit Terminals that are labeled L1(R), L2 (S), L3(T), P, N, U, V, W, and G. There is also the Control Circuit Terminals that are labeled GF2, GF1, IP, RDY, OPE, 0VC, +VC, FR2, and FR1. The screws used in the terminals are M4 and M3.5 screws.  Next to the front cover are four display lamps that are labeled P/S, RDY, RUN, and COM. There is a 7-segment monitor LED and two drop switches that are labeled X10 and X1. There are three communications ports that are labeled Comm. 1(CN4), Comm. 2 (CN3), and Comm.3 (CN5). There is a CN2 port that is labeled Control Signal. There is a PG Frequency Divider Port (CN9) and a PG Input port (CN1).
