Product Description

The UVZC3007 is a Servo Control Digital Unitized Inverter from Reliance Electric for the VZ3000 series.

The UVZC3007 is 7.5 kW, 3-phase and 200/400 V. It can maintain an input of 200/220/230 VAC, 22 amps, and 50/60 Hz and an output of 0/120 HZ, 0-230 VAC and 22 amps @ 200 V. It also has an input of 380/400/440/460 VAC, 22 amps, 50/60 Hz and an output of 0-120 HZ, 0-460 VAC, 22 amps @ 400 V. It has a 5 kA short circuit system rating. It has a 440-watt built-in resistor capacity. It uses a 3.7-7.5 kW motor and a 30 A fuse.

The UVZC3007 is UL/IEC/and C-UL listed. It is protected in a chassis-type frame. It should be attached to a control cabinet system that is free of airborne materials like metal powders, dust, and oil mists, direct sunlight, and dangerous gas (flammable or corrosive). It uses a forced air control cooling method using DC brushless fans. It weighs roughly 11 kg. and is 145 mm wide x 430 mm tall x 303 mm deep.

The UVZC3007’s faceplate is partially covered by a protective front cover. It shields the main circuit terminal strip, the control circuit terminal strip, and the overheat fault output terminal strip. These use M4 and M3.5 sized terminal screws. The front cover can be detached by unscrewing the two retaining screws that are on the cover. To the right side of the front cover are display lamps, a seven-segment LED, drop number dials, 3 communication ports, a PG input port, a control signal port, and a PG output port.
