Product Description

The UAZ-3022 is a VZ3000 Converter Unit made by Reliance Reliance. This unit was probably also manufactured by ABB and/or Baldor Electric. It is now a part of a discontinued series and may be hard to find. AX Control does make every effort to keep it in stock.

The UAZ-3022 is UL/IEC/C-UL certified and is in a chassis type enclosure. It has a power supply voltage of class 200/400 V. It is 3-phase and has a 22 kW drive capacity. When maintaining a 200 V power supply voltage, it can have an input rating of 116 A, 180-260 VAC, and 50/60 Hz. It can also have an output value between 104 A and 240-350 VAC. When using a 400 V power supply voltage, it has an input between and 116 A, 50/60 Hz, and 340-510 VAC with an output of 104 A and 460-700 VDC.

The UAZ-3022 has a protective face cover that can be removed. This cover is protecting two terminal strips. The main terminal strip has a total of 8 terminals that are labeled 183 (T), 182 (S), 181 (R), 147 (P), B1, G (E), B2, and 145 (N). The other terminal strip (the control circuit terminals) have a total of 5 terminals. They have been labeled IP, RDY, RST, 0 VC, and + VC. Not protected by the cover on the right side of the unit’s faceplate are a total of 9 display lamps. There are also vents on the sides of the unit and an internal fan assembly.
