Product Description

1SU54001 is an SP500 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a 575 VAC and is enclosed in a NEMA 4X (indoor only)/NEMA 12 enclosure. The horsepower rating is 0.25-1.0 HP. This SP500 drive is contained in a size B enclosure. The dimensions of Enclosure B are 301.7 mm (11.88 in) (H) x 160.1 mm (6.3 in) (D) x 222.3 mm (8.75 in) (W). The weight of enclosure B is 5.4 kg (12 lb).

The drive may display a number of fault codes in order to indicate that a fault has occurred. Aln is the code for the analog input signal loss fault. This fault is caused when P.011 is equal to 4 or 5 and when the 4 to 20 mA analog input is below 1 mA. In order to correct this fault, verify that P.011 is set correctly and check that the analog input source supply is greater than or equal to 1 mA. bYC is the code for the DC bus charging bypass contactor fault. This fault is caused by a charging bypass contactor that did not close or a contact closure that was not sensed by the system. In order to correct this fault, check the operation of the bypass contactor and ensure that the contactor is closing when the proper bus voltage is applied. If the contactor is not closing when the proper bus voltage is applied, replace the contactor.
