1SU41020 is an SP500 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a rated horsepower of 20.0 HP and is contained in a NEMA 1 or chassis style enclosure. The rated voltage is 380-460 VAC. The enclosure size for this drive is size D. The dimensions of Enclosure D are 465.2 mm (18.31 in) (H) x 198.9 mm (7.83 in) (D) x 286.5 mm (11.28 in) (W). There are a number of faults that may appear on the drive display. These faults alert the user of a problem with the drive. Procedures are detailed in the user manual for how to access and clear the fault log. First press the PROGRAM key, and then press the DOWN arrow key until Err is displayed. Press the Enter key. The user will see Err again if there are no present faults. If a fault has occurred, the user will see the fault error code. If more than one fault has occurred, the user will see the most recent fault and may scroll through the present faults with the UP and DOWN arrow keys. Fatal fault codes are distinguished by the letter F preceding the code. They normally indicate a malfunction of the microprocessor on the Regulator board. Sometimes fatal fault codes can be reset and the drive can be re-started. If a fatal fault code cannot be reset, the regulator board may need to be replaced.
