Product Description

1SU24003 is an SP500 Reliance Electric drive that can either be a 4 KHz, 6 KHz, or 8KHz carrier. A 4KHz carrier has an output of 10.6 amps, an input if 12.5 amps, and an input of 5.0 KVA. A 6KHz carrier has an output of 9.5 amps, an input if 11.3 amps, and an input of 4.5 KVA. A 8KHz carrier has an output of 8.5 amps, an input if 10.0 amps, and an input of 4.0 KVA.

The drive controller has a keypad and display screen. There are four display modes in the controller display screen. The first three are RPM, %Load, and Volts. The fourth display mode is the REMOTE REFERENCE DISPLAY MODE, which is activated by Function 13. In order to select the Remote Reference Display mode, first apply power to and power up the drive. Press the MODE/ENTER key and select the PROGRAM mode. Find F-13 on the display screen by pressing the up arrow key. Press the MODE/ENTER key again and find ON on the display screen by pressing the up arrow key. Lock in this value by pressing the MODE/ENTER key. Then press the STOP/RESET key to exit the PROGRAM mode. Press the START key, and then press the MODE/ENTER key three times until all three display mode LEDs are lit. The display should now be in the REMOTE REFERENCE DISPLAY mode and percentage of full speed reference is displayed.
