Product Description

1SU21001 is a single phase SP500 drive manufactured by Reliance Electric. The drive has a size A NEMA 1 enclosure. The output is 1.7 amps. The horsepower is 1 HP. The AC input is 200-230 input volts. The input amperes are 5.0 and the input KVA is 1.3. The power loss is 70 watts. The fuse rating is either 10A or 12A. The recommended fuse type is a UL Class J, 600 volts, with a time delay. The associated AC mains filter is 2DF2282.

F-14 is the Electronic Thermal Overload parameter on the SP500 drive. The settings range is 20%-100% of the rated current, and the step size is 1%. If the motor amperage rating is less than the controller amperage rating, the electronic thermal overload should be adjusted. Use the following formula to calculate the electronic thermal overload: motor full load current divided by the controller output rated current, multiplied by 100. F-15 is the Electronic Thermal Overload Disable parameter. When this setting is Off, there is no electronic thermal overload protection. When this setting is on, the thermal overload protection is active. The default setting for this parameter is OFF. F-16 is the Coast Stop Enable parameter. When this parameter is ON, coast-to-rest is enabled. When this parameter is OFF, ramp-to-rest is enabled. F-17 is the Reverse Disable parameter. When this parameter is ON, this drive will not be able to run in reverse. When this parameter is OFF, this drive will be able to run in reverse. F-18 is the Version Information for the SP500 drive. This function cannot be changed.

The humidty of the setting should be somewhere between 5 and 95 percent non-condensing.
