Product Description

1SU11001 is a single phase SP500 drive manufactured by Reliance Electric. The drive has a NEMA 1 enclosure, size A. The NEMA 1 enclosure is vented and is designed for general-purpose indoor applications. This drive has an AC input of 115 volts, an input of 13.1 amps and 1.5 KVA, an output of 6.8 amps, and a power loss of 80 watts. The horsepower is 1 HP.

The SP500 drive manual is designed to be used only by qualified electrical personnel. The drive features a 500 millisecond power dip ride through, 150% overload for one minute, 0.5 to 240 Hz 3-phase voltage output, a UL/CSA electronic overload that meets NEC/CEC requirements, quiet motor operation with high carrier frequency selection, either a NEMA 1 or NEMA 4X/12 enclosure, and drive protection against overcurrents, short circuits, ground faults, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature. This drive offers 29 user-adjustable software parameters; user-selectable relay contact for indications of drive running, drive faulted, or drive at selected speed; user-selectable local or remote operation; user-selectable power-up start, auto-restart, and coast-to-rest or ramp-to-rest stop functions. The drive also offers an on-board keypad and display, which provides a Start/Stop/Reset control, a Forward/Reverse setting, drive diagnostics, a setpoint adjustment, a Motor RPM, percent load, or output voltage display. Lastly, the drive provides a snubber resistor braking signal and a scaled voltage analog output (o to 10 VDC), which is proportional to the output frequency, the output amps, the output voltage, and the selected reference.
