The 0-56951-301 is a Regulator board for the Reliance Electric SP500 AC Drive series. The SP500 drive is a pulse width modulated drive that can be used with either single- or three-phase power. Transients in this system are suppressed by on-board metal oxide varistor suppressors.
The 0-56951-301 functions as a regulator board for the drive system and is designed to govern the open-loop operation of the drive to allow for adjustable-speed performance. The operation of the drive through the regulator can be adjusted through a keypad controlled by a microprocessor on this board.
