The 0-56918-101 card is filled with many different kinds of electric components. Scattered throughout the board, although mostly in the top right corner of it, you can find many capacitors, resistors, and diodes of varying sizes and uses. In this mix, you can also find a few jumpers and a cluster of six connectors. In the top left corner of the 0-56918-101 card, you can find three MOVs, or metal oxide varistors. MOVs are used to alter the electrical resistance of the board depending on the voltage level that moves across it.

The 0-56918-101 card is used in the AC drives that Reliance Electric produced. These AC drives were designed to be used in Reliance Electric GP-2000 controllers, which is a variable speed, general purpose controller. 

When you are ready to begin the installation process of the drive itself, you must first remove the controller’s cover piece and run any suitable equipment grounding conductor unbroken from the controller ground terminal. Next, you will connect this equipment to the controller’s motor frame and then run each conductor unbroken to the grounding electrode conductor. Lastly, you will need to run the grounding conductor unbroken from terminal 19 to the controller ground terminal.
