S2D-CK1 is a CopyCat keypad manufactured by Reliance Electric as part of their SP200 series. The keypad features handheld programming, stores up to 15 complete parameter sets, uploads from the drive or downloads to the drive, has user-definable parameter set names, allows for direct entry of parameter values, and has an escape key (for menu navigation), a jog key, and a reverse indicator.
The keypad has a handheld mounting style with a 1, 3, or 5 meter cable, meaning that the user can pick it up or mount it anywhere within reach. The display type is a 2-row, 16-column backlit LCD screen. This screen can display the parameter name and number, the display value name and number, the fault code and name, and the upload/download status. The status indicators on the keypad include: Run, Program, Reverse, and Load. The CopyCat keypad dimensions are 129.5 mm (height) x 89.69 mm (width) x 24.23 mm (depth).
Cables for the CopyCat keypad must be ordered separately. These cables include S20-KC1 (1 meter), S20-KC2 (3 meters), and S20-KC3 (5 meters). The instruction manual for this keypad is D2-3437. Refer to the manual for more photos of the keypad. The CopyCat keypad is designed to perform efficient set-up of multiple drives with the same settings. It is useful for applications where quick editing and transfer of settings to multiple drives is desired. This unit’s non-volatile memory can download, upload, and store multiple parameter sets. S20-CK1 can operate with any SP200 drive.
