Reliance Electric manufactures S20-401P3B1000, an SP200 AC drive with a 3-phase 380-480V input and a 3-phase 460V output. This preset speed drive is rated 0.5 HP. The rated input current is 1.5 amperes, the rated output current is 1.3 amperes, and the fuse rating is 3 or 4 amperes. The circuit breaker rating is 3 amperes, and the typical power loss is 25 watts.
This equipment should only be installed, adjusted, operated, and or serviced by qualified electrical personnel familiar with the construction and operation of these units. Always wait three minutes after disconnecting input power to ensure that DC bus capacitors are discharged. Always stay clear of a running motor if it must be exposed to check the direction of rotation. Disconnect, lockout, and tag the power source if contact must be made. The recommended fuse type is a UL Class J or CC, 600V, time delay fuse. The device must meet UL 489 standards for UL purposes. When mounting the drives, the top and bottom clearance must be 38.1 mm (1.5 in), and the side clearance must be 25.4 mm (1.0 in) on the right of the drive when installation/removal of the local keypad is required.
