Reliance Electric manufactures S20-207P0A1000, a 3-phase SP200 AC drive that is 7.17 in (height) x 2.95 in (width) x 1.87 in (depth). This drive weighs 0.8 kg and has a 3-phase 200-240V input and a 3-phase 460V output. 7.0A (2.0 HP) is the drive rating. This drive offers a variety of protection features, including an undervoltage trip, an overvoltage trip, DC bus protection, an overload trip, an IOC trip, an overtemperature trip, phase to phase fault detection, and phase to ground fault detection. The drive also offers feed-through top to bottom power wiring and spring-loaded terminal signal wiring.
A remote keypad may be installed for use with the drive. Install within 1-5 meters (1-16.4 feet) of the drive, in an easily accessible area, and if possible, at eye level. The distance between the drive and the keypad will be determined by the length of the connector cable (1-, 3-, or 5-meters). Only qualified electrical personnel should install, handle, and service the drive and its accessories. To install the remote keypad, first disconnect power from the drive. Then drill six holes and cut out the opening in the enclosure drawer, and deburr the drilled holes and cutout. Remove the backing from the gasket, align the keypad to the drilled holes, and fasten the keypad to the enclosure with six M6-32 KEPS screws. Then, connect the remote keypad to the drive by routing the cable to the drive and connecting the cable to the circular mini-DIN connector on the front of the drive. Use cable wraps to secure the cable so it is not in the way of other equipment or user activities.
