Product Description

Reliance Electric manufactures S20-204P2C1000, a 3-phase SP200 AC drive that is 7.17 in (height) x 2.95 in (width) x 1.38 in (depth). This drive weighs 0.48 kg and has a 3-phase 200-240V input and a 3-phase 460V output. 4.2A (1.0 HP) is the drive rating. The input voltage supplied by the drive is 5 VDC, and the maximum input current supplied by the drive is 80 mA.

There are many possible faults that may show up on the drive. If the LED is green, no fault condition exists. When a local keypad is attached to the drive, the LED will be continuously red with a fault condition is present. When a local keypad is not attached to the drive, the LED will flash red when a fault condition is present. All faults can be reset by cycling the reset control input, pressing the stop key, or cycling power, except as noted in Corrective Action in the table on page 16 of the SP200 AC Drive Quick Start Guide. Potential faults include Control input, Function Loss, Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Drive Overload, Motor overload, Over Temperature, Over Current (300%), Bad Keypad Connection, Negative Slope, Ground Short, Phase to Phase Short, Checksum Failure, and Microprocessor Fault.

Using the Remote Keypad, the user can start, stop, and jog the drive. The user may also change the direction of the motor rotation, increment and decrement the local speed reference, view the value of the present display parameter, view the number of the present display, increment and decrement the program parameter number, increment and decrement the current program parameter value, and clear faults.
