Reliance Electric manufactures S20-202P3B1000, a 3-phase SP200 AC drive that is 7.17 in (height) x 2.95 in (width) x 1.38 in (depth). This drive weighs 0.48 kg and has a 3-phase 200-240V input and a 3-phase 460V output. It has a 2.3A (0.5 HP) rating. As a B1 drive, this unit already has a preset speed. The drive can operate up to 3300 ft elevation without derating. Keep the operating temperature at 32 ° F to 122° F and the storage temperature at -40 ° F to 185° F.
The input mains filter is an optional accessory to the SP200 drive S20-202P3A1000. The input mains filter is designed for the reduction of line side high frequency conducted emissions. It is tested and certified for use with the SP200 to meed European EMC directive 89/336/EEC (Standards EN5008-1, EN5008-2, and parts of EN61800-3 for EMC are included). The filter meets Class A without a shielded metal enclosure, and the filter meets Class B with a shielded metal enclosure. The piggyback design of the filter eliminates the need for additional panel space because the filter can be mounted directly between the SP200 and the panel. Side by side mounting is also possible where enclosure depth is limited. Install the SP200 drive and input mains filter in a typical IEC or NEMA metal shielded enclosure as shown in the user manual. Adhere to maximum motor cable lengths as specified in the manual (less than or equal to 25 m).
