There is an integrated keypad on the front panel of the drive. This keypad has a number of functions that allow the user to change parameters and operate the drive. The program key is used to switch between parameter numbers and values and to view parameter groups. It also acts as an escape key. The up and down arrow keys allow the operator to increase/decrease parameter values and to scroll through parameters. The enter key enters the current value into the drive memory. The start key starts the drive motor in the preset rotation direction. The speed potentiometer can be used to set the drive speed. The stop key stops the drive motor. If the drive has stopped due to a fault, pressing this key will clear the fault.
