The POM-SW is a 16 point Digital Output module designed for use within a Shark XL PLC. This is used to connect output devices to the unit. The POM-SW is designed as a 115 VAC output module. It was originally created by Reliance Electric and has a total of sixteen channels for outputs. The board is designed with an attached front faceplate that includes a removable terminal strip to allow for easy wiring to external points.
The input range for the POM-SW is typically rated at 85-264 VAC and works in conjunction with a Reliance 45C965 Input unit. This input unit has a similar voltage range and has a input current rante of 7 mA/100 VAC with an on voltage of 85 VAC or higher and OFF voltage of 30 VAC or lower. Time delay for this unit is 16 ms or lower. Both units are UL listed.
