845222-S Reliance Electric Zero Adjust Board
The 845222-S is a Reliance Electric board component used in the company’s various drive systems. Reliance is the manufacturer of drives like the GV 3000, Automax/Automate, and the FlexPak Plus. Many components for these drives were sold under the Reliance name, but also under company names ABB and Baldor-Reliance.
The 845222-S is a rectangular circuit board with a connected faceplate. The faceplate and front panel connect together using several screw connections. The front panel is designed to accept as many as four rotary dials; two are inserted into this version. Each rotary dial can be individually set from zero to ten. The dials each connect to potentiometer components mounted to the circuit board on the other side of the front panel.
The primary components on the surface of the 845222-S are terminal pins. There are multiple fields of terminal pins on the surface of this board. Surface wiring is also used, along with capacitors, resistors, and diodes.
