The 802275-41R module is a surge suppressor resistor assembly that was developed and manufactured by Reliance Electric to be used in the various machines that they produced. The 802275-41R resistor assembly continues to be kept within AX Control’s stock, despite the fact that it is no longer available new from the original manufacturer, Reliance Electric, or any of the other manufacturers who also produced this product, those manufacturers being Asea Brown Boveri and Baldor Reliance.
The 802275-41R resistor assembly is made up of many different resistors, as is suggested by the product’s name. There are six large wire wound resistors that make up almost the entirety of the 802275-41R resistor assembly. Next to these wire wound resistors, you will find two screw terminals for each resistor.
