802268-16R Reliance Power Supply Assembly 300 HP 

The 802268-16R is a Reliance Electric part used in various power modules.  This component is sometimes sold as a Baldor Reliance or Asea Brown Boveri component with the same or similar part number. 

The 802268-16R functions as a Power Supply Assembly.  It can be used within 445 Amp, 890 Amp, and 1335 Amp SB3000 Synchronous Rectifiers Power modules.  These are variable-voltage, high performance,  limited frequency PWM power converters that have been designed for use with distributed power systems like the SA3000 and SA3100.    The 802268-16R is a 25KHz 115 VAC input, 60 VDC output power supply.  

The 802268-16R is designed with a bottom metal box carrier with drilled flanges to allow for mounting.  This box has several openings to allow for air circulation.  Exterior components include wire-wound resistors, two fuses mounted in fuse holders, and an eight-position terminal strip.  Components connect to each other via surface wires using various end connectors.   The top of the carrier has four standoffs that carry a rectangular circuit board.  This is populated with high-voltage capacitors, terminal pins, multiple fuses, disk capacitors, resistors, a transformer,  and other components.
