The 801525-S is a Reliance Electric component used as a part in Reliance drives or their auxiliary systems. The 801525-S is a Diode Rectifier Assembly. This component is built on a horizontal metal carrier with a single ninety-degree downward facing flange. This carrier is covered by a white overlayment. Components are mounted directly to this surface, including fourteen double-wing stud mounts. Female wire connectors are placed over many of these; the wires terminating at these points connect back to various points on the board/various components.
The 801525-S has a single line of six power resistors. A circuit board marked (0-54393) is screw mounted to the surface of the unit. This is populated by three transformers, three fuses, resistors, diodes, and multiple terminal pins and stab-on connectors. There are wire clips mounted to the surface of the main surface on either side of this circuit board. The 801525-S also has a vertically mounted board unit. This is populated by three inductor coils, MOVs, stab-on connectors, and other components. Three additional fuses are mounted on the rear surface of this component.
