Product Description

14C30 is an Enclosed D-C controller manufactured by Reliance Electric. This controller is part of the MinPak Plus series.

 

The horsepower for 14C30 is rated between 0.25 and 0.75 hp, and the power supply capacity is 1000. This controller’s transformer has a max kVA per phase of 40 and a full load kVA of between 0.75 and 1.50. The optional D-C field is 100 volts and the VAC is 115. The optional maximum is 3.0 amps. The D-C armature is 90 volts, the A-C (RMS) is between 3.5 and 10.5 amps, and the average D-C armature is between 2.5 and 7.5 amps.

When installing the controller, remember that the wells, which provide incoming and outgoing wire channels, are designed to accept threaded male conduit couplings. Plan controller placement on the wall or panel to allow for conduit runs. The heat sink is a diagonal design, so the MinPak Plus controller chassis may be mounted in one of two orientations: 1) with the side containing three conduit wells at the top, and 2) with the side containing three conduit wells at the right.
