The Reliance Electric Part Number 14C208 is an addition to the Three Phase MinPak Plus controller that is installed in place at the blank faceplate (14C200). The features that come with the 14C208 Operator’s Control Station include all the basic functions in addition to a start/stop function, a speed setting pot, a torque setting pot, a run/jog selector, an automatic/manual selector, and a forward/reverse selector.
The Three Phase MinPak Plus is operated by using a local operator station. The MinPak Plus Controller is considered a NEMA Type 12 rating if used with an operator’s station faceplate. There is no need to get extra options to install the 14C208 Operator’s Control Station, because the default faceplate already has the needed equipment.
The bottom left area of the cabinet door of the MinPak Plus has a 14C200 blank faceplate that is to be replaced with the 14C208 Operator’s Control Station. After removal of the blank faceplate, cut an opening at the top and bottom face of the circuit breaker boot rubber surface at the top of the faceplate. Clean the surface around the faceplate with alcohol before installation. The two wire harnesses are installed at the cover cut-out. Push the faceplate together with the wire harnesses, and ensure it is installed properly. Further information about the 14C208 Operator’s Control Station can be found in the user guidebook.
