The 6MDVN-6P0102 is a 1.5 HP MD65 Series AC Drive from Reliance Electric.

The 6MDVN-6P0102 is a 120 VAC 50/60 Hz 1-phase drive. It has a 90-132 voltage range, is 3 KVA, and has a 70 watt power dissipation. It is 1.1 kW and has a 6 amp output current. It does not come with a filter. It uses a 40 amp fuse.  It weighs right around 2.2 kg and is 100 mm wide, 180 mm tall, and 136 mm thick.

The 6MDVN-6P0102 should be operated in an environment that is free of corrosive elements, direct sunlight, dust and metal particulate, and moisture. There are two air circulation fans on the bottom of the drive that help to keep the internal components cool. There are air vents on the sides of the drive that also help with air circulation. The 6MDVN-6P0102 should be mounted on a vertical flat surface. This drive can be mounted using M4 screws or a 35 mm DIN Rail.

The user interface of the 6MDVN-6P0102 has a 7-segment 4-digit LED display, 7 button keypad, and a potentiometer dial that controls the drive’s speed. There is a program key, two up/down arrows, an enter key, a start key, a reverse key, and a stop key. There are 7 types of LED lights on the user interface. There are LEDs that indicate that the drive is running, the drive is changing direction and what direction it’s now running in, there is a fault detected in the drive, the start key is active, the potentiometer is active, the drive is in program mode,  and LEDs that indicated what parameter value is being displayed by the 7-segment 4-digit LED.
