The 6MDEN-9P9102 is a 7.5 HP 3-Phase 460/600 VAC Reliance Electric MD65 Drive.

The 6MDEN-9P9102 is 5.5 kW, 50/60 HZ, and does not come with a filter. It has an input value of 12.1 KVA, 11.2 amps, and a voltage range between 414-660. This drive uses a 20 amp fuse and has a 160 watt power dissipation. This drive is in an IP20/ open type chassis but there are optional kits available for purchase that can turn the chassis into a NEMA 1/IP30 rated enclosure. The drive is 4.3 kg, 130 mm wide, 260 mm tall, and 180 mm thick.

Because the 6MDEN-9P9102 is in an open type of chassis, it should be kept in environments that are not exposed to moisture, sunlight, metal particles, dust, and/or corrosive substances. This drive can be mounted directly next to another drive or with a minimum clearance of 25 mm. Mounting the drive directly next to another drive reduces the acceptable ambient temperature for the drives. It should be kept between -10 to +40 degrees Celsius instead of -10 to +50 degrees Celsius. This drive should be mounted to a flat vertical surface using M5 screws.

To gain access to the power terminal block on the 6MDEN-9P9102, press on the tabs on the front cover and then pull the cover out and up. There is a finger guard directly below the cover that should be removed before wiring the terminal. The wiring can be then fed down through the open section on the bottom of the drive that is directly next to the air circulation fans.
