Product Description

The 6MDEN-1P7102 is a Reliance Electric 1 HP 3-Phase MD65 AC Drive.

The 6MDEN-1P7102 is 460-600 VAC 0.75 kW drive that has an input voltage of 414-660, is 48-63 Hz, and 2.3 amps. It also has an output of 0-400 Hz, 0-575 VAC, 1.77 continuous amps and a 60 second overload amperage of 2.55. It has a short circuit current of 100 kA. There is an air circulation fan on the bottom side and air vents on the top and sides of the drive that helps to ensure that proper circulation is going to the internal drive components. The drive has four factory drilled holes that are used with either M4 screws or a 35 mm DIN Rain. Depending on the enclosure rating used for this drive, it should be kept in an ambient temperature between -10 and +40/50 degrees Celsius. There is an opening on the bottom of the drive that shows two terminal strips and the main power terminals. There is are two tabs on the front of the drive that can be pressed to remove the front cover. Doing so will grant the user full access to the power terminal block.

On the user interface of the 6MDEN-1P7102, there are 10 small LEDs, a seven-segment 4-digit LED, 7 keys, and a potentiometer speed control dial. Eight of the small LEDs are labeled Run, FWD, REV, Volts, Amps, Herts, Program, and Fault. The other two small LEDs for the start key and the potentiometer are not labeled.
