Product Description

6MDDN-010102 is a 380-480 VAC 3-phase input, 0-460 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 4.0 kW (5.0 HP) and 10.5 amps. The input voltage range is 340-528, the input kVA is 10.3, and the input amps are 13.0. The branch circuit protection is 20 for the fuses and 25 for the circuit breaker. The power dissipation is 150 watts.

The drive has two total analog inputs. One analog input is 0-10 VDC, and the other one is 4-20 mA. There are two configurable opto-coupled digital outputs. The relay outputs are configurable one from C. The meter outputs are 0-10 VDC. The maximum load is 15 HP at 600 VAC. The overload capacity is the drive output at 150% for one minute or 200% for three seconds. The frequency accuracy for the digital keypad is ± 0.5% of the set output and ± 0.5% of the maximum output frequency. The input voltage tolerance is typically ± 10%. The rate input frequency is 50/60 Hz, and the range is 47-63 Hz. The carrier frequency is 2-16 KHz and 4 KHz is the default. The operating temperature is -10° to 50°C. The snubber for dynamic braking is a built-in transistor. External dynamic braking is provided by the resistor terminals or the DC bus for the snubber kit. DC braking is included on the drive. The volts/Hz has a custom V/Hz curve, a speed regulation that is ± 2% of the motor base speed, and the operating speed range is 40:1.
