Product Description

6MDBN-5P0102 is a 200-240 VAC 3-phase input, 0-230 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 0.75 kW (1.0 HP) and 5.0 amps. The input voltage range is 180-265, the input kVA is 2.45, and the input amps are 5.7. The branch circuit protection is 10 for the fuses and 15 for the circuit breaker. There are a number of drive faults that can be troubleshooted. F70 is a power unit fault, which means that the drive power section has failed. To correct this fault, cycle the drive power. If the fault cannot be cleared, the user must replace the drive. F80 is an SVC autotune fault, which means the autotune function was either cancelled by the user or failed. To correct this fault, complete the restart procedure. F81 is the comm loss fault, which means that communication stopped on the RS485 port. To correct this fault, check the wiring and the connection, or turn off using Comm Loss Action (A105). F100 is a parameter checksum fault, which means that the checksum calculated does not match the checksum read from the board. To correct this fault, set the reset to defaults parameter (P041) to 1 (Reset Defaults). F122 is an I/O board failure fault, which means that there is a failure in the drive control and I/O section. To correct this fault, cycle the drive power. If the fault cannot be cleared, the user must replace the drive.
