Product Description

6MDAN-012112 is a 200-240 VAC 1-phase input, 0-230 V 3-phase output MD65 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive outputs 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) and 12.0 amps. The input voltage range is 180-265, the input kVA is 5.5, and the input amps are 25.0. The branch circuit protection is 40 for the fuses and 35 for the circuit breaker. The power dissipation is 110 watts.

The mounting dimensions for frame B are 100 mm x 180 mm x 136 mm x 87 mm x 168 mm x 87.4 mm. The mounting dimensions for frame C are 130 mm x 260 mm x 116 mm x 246 mm. The shipping weight of frame B is 2.2 kg, and the shipping weight of frame C is 4.3 kg. The drive can be mounted with screws or on the DIN rail, but it must be mounted upright on a vertical, flat, and level surface. A plastic top panel should be installed on the drive to prevent debris from getting into the top of the drive through the vent.

The user must ground the shield only at the source end when the shielded cable is used for control and signal wiring. Do not ground the shield at the drive end. Relatively high ground leakage currents may result from using single-phase drives with an integral filter, or from using an external filter with any drive rating. Therefore, the filter must only be used in installations with grounded AC supply systems and be permanently installed and solidly grounded to the building power distribution ground.
