Product Description

The BLJD-02 is an HR500 Brushless AC Servo Controller created by Reliance Electric.

The BLJD-02 has a chassis type enclosure. It has a short circuit system rating of 5k amps. It has a DC input of 254-358 volts and a maximum of 1.4 amps. It has an AC output of 228 VAC and a maximum of 1.6 amps.

The BLJD-02 makes use of a compact design and uses a DC bus construction which allows more than one controller to function using a single DC power supply. Because of this design, power can be redirected to other machine sections due to a lower need for DC snubber resistors.

Standard features for the BLJD-02 include but are not limited to an AC to DC power converter, diagnostic LED indicator lights, a metric mounting flange for the motor, a selectable power supply voltage that can be used with cable lengths up to 500ft., and analog outputs which help to regulate speed and current.

There are many kits and other available options to help you further customize the BLJD-02 to properly fit your needs. These include but are not limited to the Exercise Module which helps with setting up and troubleshooting the controller, the Multi-Function Kit which connects to the regulator allowing the amplifier to remotely set current limits and uses a speed following indicator to detect any errors, and the Pulse Position kit which allows the amplifier to use single or dual-channel frequencies that are used by a motion controller.
