Product Description

HR2000 controller 3RA2105 is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The field adjustments available on this controller include the functions for static overload, current limit, over speed, speed amp offset, speed amp gain, reference trim, acceleration, deceleration, filter frequency set, filter Q.F. set, position loop gain, and tester input. The user must mount this controller in a suitable enclosure. In this case, that suitable enclosure is a chassis type enclosure. Only use copper wire that is 60/75° to wire this controller.

The rated speed is 3000 RPM and the maximum continuous amperes are 16. The AC input is 3PH/50/60Hz/200/220VAC (17.0 amps) or 3PH/60Hz/230VAC (15.5 amps). The overload is 200%. The encoder is 2500 PPR. The static overload range is 0-5 volts and the current limit range is 0-5 volts. The overspeed is 2300-4500 volts. The speed amp gain is 10-30 dB. The position loop gain is 0.3-4.8 mv/p.

Disconnect all power and wait five minutes before touching any parts. There is hazardous voltage that the user must be aware of in favor of caution. Check with the voltmeter to insure that DC bus capacitors are discharged. Components on the circuit card are at DC bus voltage and line voltage. The cover must be fastened and closed before the equipment is energized. This measure guards against possible venting, rupture, or explosion of the DC bus capacitors. Failure to follow these precautions could result in severe bodily injury or loss of life.
