The speed is 2000 RPM, the friction is 3.2 lb-in, the damping is 1.7 lb-in/krpm, and the thermal resistance is 0.24° C/watt. The motor weight is 77 lbs. The second associated motor frame, S-8350, has a stall torque of 317 lb-in. The speed is 2000 RPM, the friction is 2.8 lb-in, the damping is 3.4 lb-in/krpm, and the thermal resistance is 0.23° C/watt. The motor weight is 100 lbs. The third associated motor frame, S-8500, has a stall torque of 421 lb-in. The speed is 2000 RPM, the friction is 3.5 lb-in, the damping is 3.8 lb-in/krpm, and the thermal resistance is 0.21° C/watt. The motor weight is 125 lbs.
The controller’s model number can be found on the nameplate that is located on the lower left side of the controller and on the frame of the motor. The first number and two letters of the controller model number, “3RA”, means that the unit is an HR2000 High Performance Controller. The second number, “2”, means that the controller has a 208/230 VAC input voltage. The following “0” is a placeholder that does not signify anything. The last two numbers indicate the controller’s horsepower. “08” indicates a horsepower of 7.5 HP.
The controller cannot be stored in a corrosive atmosphere. Keep the drive away from harsh or dusty environments, such as construction sites. Store the drive controller indoors, in the original packaging. Components of the drive include the HR2000 drive and motor. For motion control applications, a RamPak module may be used to control the HR2000 drive.
