Product Description

The 6V51-011TA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 10, the continuous amps are 11, and the frame is 1. The dimensions of frame 1 are 135 mm x 336 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm x 320 mm. This drive has a 575 VAC input and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. A braking transistor comes standard on this unit. The I/O is 24 VDC.

There are a number of fault codes on the drive for troubleshooting purposes. Fault number 92 is a pulse input loss fault, which means that the Z channel is selected as a pulse input so there is no signal. Check the wiring and/or replace the pulse generator. Fault number 93 is a hardware fault, which means that the hardware enable is disabled but the logic pin is still low. In order to correct this fault, check the jumper or replace the main control board. Fault number 100 is a parameter checksum fault, which means that the checksum calculated does not match the checksum read from the board. Restore the drive defaults and reload the user set if used. Fault number 101-103 are UserSetX checksum faults. Fault number 104 and 105 are power board checksum faults. Fault number 106 is an incompatible MCB-PB fault, which can be corrected by loading compatible version files into the drive, because the drive rating info stored on the power board is incompatible with the main control board. Fault number 107 is a replaced MCB-PB fault, which means that parameters were not programmed on the replaced main control board. Restore the defaults and reprogram the parameters.
