There are a number of fault codes on the drive for troubleshooting purposes. Fault number 49 is a drive power up marker, which is not a fault. This marker indicates that the drive power has been cycled. Fault number 51 is a flt QueueCleared marker that means that the fault queue has been cleared. Fault number 52 is a faults cleared marker that means that the fault queue has been cleared. Fault number 55 is a control BD overload fault, which means that excessive heat has been detected on the temperature sensor on the Main Control Board. To fix this fault, check the main control board fan, the surrounding air temperature, and the mounting/cooling. Fault number 63 is a shear pin fault. Check the current limit value setting; it has been exceeded. Fault number 64 is a drive overload fault, which means that the drive was running at 110% of the rating for one minute, or at 150% of the rating for 3 seconds. Reduce the load or extend the acceleration time.
